Farida Bey and Arnaud Lacaze join German InsurTech Finlex respectively as Broker Manager and Product Manager Financial Lines of the French entity
Finlex is pleased to announce that the French team is continuing to grow with the arrival of Farida Bey as Broker Manager and Arnaud Lacaze as Product Manager Financial Lines to contribute to the development of its international ambitions in France and to become the leading Financial Lines platform and ecosystem for companies.
Finlex, the leading digital wholesale broker specialised in Financial Lines, continues its international development. Finlex provides to its network of broker partners a platform with unique features in Europe, allowing them to request D&O or Cyber tenders from the main insurers in the market, to negotiate directly with them on the platform and to underwrite and manage all their contracts online.
Today, the InsurTech announces the appointment of Farida Bey as Broker Manager.
Farida Bey holds a Master’s degree in insurance law from the Université Panthéon-Assas. She began her career in 2012 as an international automobile personal injury lawyer with Direct Assurances and then Allianz. She then moved into the world of training, joining CGPA as a training officer and then Société Générale Assurances as a designer, trainer and facilitator in the P&C compensation department. In 2020, she became a Sales Inspector at SPVIE Assurances, with the aim of developing a portfolio of distance-selling brokers, before being recruited by IFPASS as P&C Training Manager.
Her role within Finlex France will be to develop our network of partner brokers and support their growth in our Financial Lines products.
“I’m delighted to be joining Finlex and contributing to the development of the French subsidiary. I believe in Finlex’s innovative offering and I’m convinced that brokers will see it as a fantastic growth lever for their business. The platform has been created by brokers for brokers, and I’m really looking forward to helping to make Finlex a key player in the brokerage world.” says Farida Bey on her arrival.
In addition, Finlex announces the appointment of Arnaud Lacaze as Product Manager Financial Lines.
Arnaud Lacaze holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation, and a Master 2 in Insurance Law and Practice from Bordeaux University. He joined Groupama in 2015 as car fleet administrator, then Hiscox in 2016 as an insurance manager. A year later, he was appointed Delegations Project Manager, a position in which he consolidated his expertise for six and a half years before deciding to join Finlex. His role will be to develop the InsurTech’s Cyber and D&O product offering in France.
“I’m delighted to be taking part in Finlex’s development on the French market as a Product Manager. The insurance world is going through a period of digitalisation, and I’m convinced of Finlex’s model. Our platform will be able to help our partner brokers meet their customers’ needs by presenting, in just a few clicks, several offers from competent insurers to cover their risks.” says Arnaud Lacaze on his arrival.
Finally, the team will be supported by Tom Le Boursicaud, a student at ESA studying for a Master’s degree in Business Risk and Insurance Management, who will be joining Finlex France as Sales and Operations Administrator.
“With the arrival of Farida and Arnaud alongside Cyliane, and the support of Tom, we have assembled the talents we need to achieve our growth ambitions in France in 2023. I am delighted that they have chosen to join us and put their expertise at the service of Finlex France and our broker partners of tomorrow.” adds Emmanuelle Criado, Country Head France.
Pascal Ouvrard, VP Europe at Finlex, adds: “The arrival of Farida, Arnaud and Tom rounds off the skills we need to continue developing Finlex in France. I’m delighted to welcome them to the Finlex team.”
