I felt at home at Finlex from day one. We are a young, motivated team and everyone can contribute their ideas to the success of the company.
It is exciting to have watched Finlex grow right from the start. I joined in 2019 and was welcomed by a small and friendly family-like team, and now, 4 years later, we have around 130 employees. Despite the huge growth, the cosy familiar atmosphere remains and the tasks in Office Management are diverse and full of variety.
Every day in my company is an opportunity to work with supportive colleagues, as a Data Analyst at Finlex our mission is to enrich the platform contribute to the company goals and provide reliable data insights. Each moment is filled with purpose and passion, from tackling new challenges to celebrating our successes.
In my role as Head of PO/UX, I work every day to transform ideas and user feedback into concrete requirements. I appreciate being part of a team where everyone is passionate about the growth of Finlex, which leads to many open and honest discussions and new ideas.
