I felt at home at Finlex from day one. We are a young, motivated team and everyone can contribute their ideas to the success of the company.
It is exciting to have watched Finlex grow right from the start. I joined in 2019 and was welcomed by a small and friendly family-like team, and now, 4 years later, we have around 130 employees. Despite the huge growth, the cosy familiar atmosphere remains and the tasks in Office Management are diverse and full of variety.

In my role as Head of PO/UX, I work every day to transform ideas and user feedback into concrete requirements. I appreciate being part of a team where everyone is passionate about the growth of Finlex, which leads to many open and honest discussions and new ideas.
I immediately felt welcome by the three Managing Directors and part of the Finlex Team. This not only made my integration very quick but allowed me to be operational from day 1 to start developing Europe.
