The role is a mix between Insurance Product Development and management of our big customers in our Global Corporate Team in the dynamic Cyber Insurance area. In this new setup you interact with our Business and Tech Teams which enable new work schemes and collaboration opportunities


What you’ll do

  • You define, integrate and keep up to date our cyber insurance products with focus on the German market.
  • You work directly on our Finlex platform for example though development of wordings and risk analysis.
  • You support our European expansion plans through product development projects outside of Germany.
  • You support the commercial strategy and pricing module on the platform with your Cyber expertise.
  • You negotiate with contractual partners (mostly insurers, but also insurance brokers and corporate customers) and develop of strong relationships with them
  • You analyse, design and optimise online closing routes for cyber insurance products
  • You support the development and maintenance of coverage concepts
  • You support with new Partners identification and their onboarding to our Cyber Ecosystem
  • You take over the management (Advisory, Broking, Claims) of a small selection of our big customers in our Global Corporate Team in Cyber
  • You share your knowledge and expertise by holding webinars and alike for your internal colleagues and externally to our stakeholders.


Your Profile

  • You demonstrate expertise in Cyber insurance obtained at a carrier or broker, based on an insurance degree or training
  • You have legal insurance, product wording experience
  • You do bring an outstanding reputation in German Cyber Market – European reputation would be a plus
  • You are inherently digital or at least very keen to learn it: optimising and digitalising products and processes will become part of your DNA and you gonna love it!
  • You are an innovator: you thrive at findings new solutions which you push until their implementation
  • You bring analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • You bring assertiveness, good negotiation skills and experience in leadership responsibility
  • You work autonomous and structured way of working
  • You have affinity for entrepreneurship & start-up mentality
  • You are fluent in German and English
