What you’ll do

  • You deal with user journeys in cooperation with other teams and define them in cooperation with our business analysts
  • You identify improvement potentials, develop (high and low fidelity) user flows and prototypes, analyze the usage and identify further potentials
  • You actively shape new features in the form of text, wireframes, sitemaps and interactive prototypes and bring in your ideas
  • You use your skills and knowledge to improve the user experience in exchange to the UI and thus achieve our company goals
  • You work in an interdisciplinary way with IT and business colleagues from various positions
  • You are responsible for planning, executing and following up on workshops as well as deriving recommended actions for UX optimization


Your Profile

  • At least one year of professional experience as a UX designer
  • Ideally experience in large projects as well as with growth hacking, user testing, user research, UX writing, etc.
  • Organizational skills and the skillset to handle complex projects (processes, components, products, file management, etc.)
  • Solid software skills including Figma and Adobe CC Suite - Atlassian would be a plus
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken (ideally also German)
  • Mentoring skills to share your knowledge in workshops with our UI/UX Juniors
  • Analytical skills and an affinity for numbers, allowing you to scientifically underpin your decisions and contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives
