Reporting to the French Country Manager and with the strong support of the German Brokers Management team, the Broker Manager is the central interaction point with the brokers.


What you’ll do

  • Co-define the sales development strategy towards brokers in France
  • Execute the sales strategy, contact the targeted brokers, present our platform and services, negotiate and close new strategic partnerships with them, supporting the growth objectives
  • Onboard new brokers to transform them from signed contract to revenue generating. Being able to coordinate our internal resources and manage each new partnership as a project will be key
  • Train our Partners on the use of the platform and subscription process
  • Manage and grow brokers relationships, ensuring their satisfaction end revenue growth
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Product and Tech teams to make the necessary adaptions of our products and services to meet our Partners needs
  • Obtain the support from the Product Manager and Client Management to help our brokers with subscriptions
  • Transfer whole policies portfolios on the platfom
  • Animate the Broker partners community, create Finlex events, represent Finlex in relevant fairs (e.g. Journées du Courtage)
  • Monitor the funnel and growth KPIs and take the relevant actions to meet the objectives


Your Profile

  • Proven broker facing sales experience acquired either at a carrier or a wholesale broker
  • Hunter mindset with an experience in developing and closing partnerships
  • Relevant sales experience for consulting services as well as proven success in customer development and new customer acquisition
  • Ideally, industry experience in the industrial/commercial insurance and/or financial services environment
  • Result oriented, self-confident and motivated by meeting targets as well as very good communication and presentation skills
  • Maximum customer, service and sales orientation, assertiveness, negotiation skills and the will to assume responsibility
  • Affinity for entrepreneurship & startup mentality and the will to accompany and actively promote the digital transformation of the industrial/commercial insurance sector through a fast-paced company
  • Native French and B2 level in English, German is a plus
